Payment Information
Credit Card Orders.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  JCV Inc. is experienced with corporate and government credit card programs and processes level II transactions.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card company has on file (where your billing statements are sent to).  Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.  To ensure credit card transactions are secure, JCV Inc. utilizes SSL (secure socket layer) to encrypt your personal information as well as your credit card number.  Credit card numbers are not kept on file, so you will have to enter your credit card number each time you order.  There is a $25.00 minimum for all transactions.

International Credit Card Orders.  All international orders are subject to further verification.  Shipping options will be calculated and emailed for acceptance.  At which time further credit card verification will be requested.  Subject to approval of verification.  Should credit card verification is unsatisfactory, pre-payment will be requested via wire transfer, mailed in cashier’s check / money order.

Please be sure to reference your order / invoice / auction number on your payment.  To ensure proper processing, please include a note with your first and last name, shipping address, and telephone number, and what your payment is for.  Pre-paid orders will be shipped within 24 hours of check clearance.

Purchase order.  JCV Inc. accepts faxed in or mailed in purchase orders from government agencies, schools, and universities.  On purchase orders please include a contact name, email address, and phone number to have order confirmation to be sent to.

Note: we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO boxes by UPS, USPS deliveries will be subject to $20 handling charges and APO/FPO shipments will be subject to $20 charge. Shipments are subject to stock availability.

JCV Inc. knows that getting timely, responsive technical support is very important.  If our technical support team cannot assist you with your problem or concern, please contact the manufacturer directly.  We urge you to always retain the manufacturer contact information that comes with each product if any.  If you cannot locate this information, you may find the manufacturer listed below.  This list is intended only as a quick reference guide, not a complete list of all manufacturers.

Typographical errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, elegant shopping shall have the right to refuse any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JCV Inc. has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Prices are final at the time of shipping and no price adjustment will be made after the shipment is made.

Order acceptance policy
Orders are not binding until accepted by JCV Inc.  Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  JCV Inc. reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.  In order to protect the interests of our customers.  Orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department.  We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Backorders
At JCV Inc., we automatically update our on-line product catalog to ensure our customers the most up-to-date products, pricing and technical information.  Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock.  We gladly accept orders for out-of-stock items.  As soon as the product becomes available, your order will be shipped the same day via UPS or shipping method of your choice.  Your credit card will not be charged until the item is ready for shipping.  You may cancel a backorder at any time before shipping by contacting our customer care department at JcvSales@sbcglobal.net or 714-434-6311

Return policy
JCV Inc. offers a 15-day return policy from date of receipt of package on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.  For further information not listed, please contact a customer care representative.  

Please contact JCV Inc.’s returns department at JcvSales@sbcglobal.net or 714-434-6311 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to JCV Inc.  Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number.  For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number:  customer name, invoice or order number, serial number and reason for the return.  RMA numbers issued are valid for 10 days, and cannot be re-issued.

 Please be sure to have the RMA # appear on the outside of the package to avoid refusal.

All product returned must: be 100 percent complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original UPS code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility: For your protection, JCV Inc. strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damaged packages.  Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with a proof of delivery.

If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery.  If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for JCV Inc. to file a damage claim.  Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify JCV Inc. immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.  If you do not notify JCV Inc. of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.  Contact JCV Inc.’s customer care department or your sales representative to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Defective returns can be returned directly to JCV Inc. within 15 days from date of arrival of merchandise.  At JCV Inc.’s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair once full testing of product is complete.

Non-defective returns can be accepted within 15 days from date of arrival of package, at JCV Inc.’s discretion for: credit or exchange.  All non-defective returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

In general, JCV Inc. reserves the right to authorize and accept returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 15 days from date of arrival.  However, JCV Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond the 15 days policy.  If the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued toward future purchase only, to be used within 45 days of issuance.

Auction returns follows the same policy and procedure however, auction returns are for replacements or exchange only.

Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.   

Warranties and pricing

All products are sold with the full manufacturer’s limited warranty.  The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.  For computer hardware, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer after 30 days from the date of invoice.  Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.  See our manufacturer support section for technical support telephone number and manufacturer’s website information.

All pricing subject to change.  For all prices, products and offers, JCV Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation or shortage, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.  While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site, JCV Inc. makes no warranties or representations as the site’s accuracy.  JCV Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omission in the content on the site.  JCV Inc. does not match prices.

Should your order weigh more than the maximum requirement for free UPS ground shipping, one of our customer care representatives will contact you with shipping options.

Shipping to Canada / Puerto Rico / Hawaii & Alaska requires an additional charge.

Shipping methods and options will be calculated accordingly to the shipping address provided.  You will be notified via email of your shipping options.

PO boxes / APO / FPO addresses

UPS will not deliver to these addresses.  Shipping to PO boxes, APO, and FPO addresses:

For any shipment that is refused, we reserve the right to assess a $35.00 handling charge.

JCV Inc. is located in the state of California and is obligated to withhold local and state sales tax for delivery within California.  If your shipping is located outside of California, you will not be charged sales tax.  The customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order

JCV Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  This disclaimer by JCV Inc. in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.  Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by JCV Inc. until goods are paid for by the purchaser / customer and at that time title passes to purchaser.  If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.  In addition, warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void.  Any liability is only for the products purchased.  Graphic images may be representative of the product described and not an actual image of the product or part number ordered.
